A thorough inspection requires time and attention, so inspection costs vary with the size of the house.
Radon testing, thermal imaging inspections and moisture detection inspections can be ordered separately, or bundled together with a home inspection or new construction inspection. Discounts are available for service bundles.
We also provide discounted rates to active military, veterans, first time home buyers and senior citizens.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Payment for inspection services is due at the time of scheduling or before the inspection begins.
Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Emergency cancellations by inspector will receive a full refund.
Partial Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No Refund: No-shows or cancellations after the inspector has arrived at the property are not eligible for a refund.
