Q. How long does a home inspection typically take?

A. Depending upon the size of the home and access conditions, an inspection can take anywhere from a couple of hours to upwards of half a day.

Q. If an inspector sees signs of water damage, will he open the wall to look for the source?

A. Inspectors are not allowed to open walls or floors during a New York State home inspection.

Q. Can Crow’s Nest Inspections perform inspections in Massachusetts or Connecticut?

A. No. The Home Inspector’s license is unique to each state.
