In addition to being a Licensed NYS Home Inspector, our lead inspector is a master plumber, licensed in multiple municipalities, who has been working in plumbing, HVAC and remodeling in diverse areas of New York State for over a decade. He is also EPA Certified and Certified for Radon Assessment. New York State law prohibits a licensed Home Inspector from providing repairs for any of the conditions they find during an inspection, but this experience in home diagnostics places us head and shoulders above most home inspectors when it comes to assessing the condition of your home’s mechanicals and plumbing, which can be among the most expensive repairs.
